Aliko Dangote, Nigerian businessman and richest man in Africa, says his refinery which is under construction will be completed in the last quarter of 2017. In a recent interview with Bloomberg, the chief executive officer of Dangote Group shared his business ideals and the next step for his business empire. Here are 10 key topics he touched on. The State Security Service (SSS) embarked on an unprecedented "crackdown" on allegedly corrupt judicial officers across the country over the weekend. Among the judicial officers whose houses were searched and thereafter arrested and detained are two Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria; Justices Sylvester Ngwuta and Inyang Okoro. As expected, the action has polarised lawyers, commentators, the media, civil society and the public. Differing views have been expressed on the constitutionality or otherwise of the steps and procedures adopted by the SSS. Sadly, the public has been deprived of opinions that are rooted in law owing largely to the belligerent and sentimental posturing and aggressive grandstanding that has impaired commentaries on the issues in controversy. India Vice President Vists Nigeria

The India Vice President,  Mr.  Mohammad Hamid Ansari and his wife,  yesterday, arrived Nigeria, for a 3 day working visit. He was received the airport, by His Excellency, Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbanjo and his Wife. The Indian Vice President will on this trip,  discuss bilateral relationship between the two countries and ways of opening up opportunities for businesses. It would be recalled that Nigeria is being praised for her present stance on corruption as most countries have reiterated it's support on doing more for the West African Country.
